I have a Silver Bullet that I've had for about 2-1/2 years, after heavy vaping for that long the poor button was starting to say enough, you wore me out !!!!! I sent my SB back to Chad and in less then a week I have it back as good as new, I was shocked when I saw it in the mail box today, so the reason for this post is just to say Thank You Chad and AltSmoke for some great customer service on a great product..
