By didn't work do you mean it got returned as "undeliverable" or that you didn't get a reply?

That address is valid but replies sometimes get filtered into my spam folder.

You could always call; the phone # is at the top of their website.

Hi Blueberry I sent a PM with the correct email address. The phone is 248-346-3205. If you call from a blocked number It wont let you through , because of out sales call blocker App. Not sure what happen when you tried to call but I'm here now.
