Hi all. So, until now I have been using a basic ego battery. I just got my vamo in the mail today, and of course had to break it right out for a test spin. I am using a kanger pro tank with it, and the vamo lcd says the ohm resistance is at 2.5, which would make sense. The card that came with the pro tank recommends 3.9V-4.2V for a resistance rating of 2.5. Now the strange part: at the very lowest setting (3V), it seems to hit fine, but anywhere above 3.3V or so and the hit tastes extremely burnt instantly. Like really bad. What the heck am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help, I am really confused here.

Forget volts and use the better power setting.... With the Vamo you can set the watts.... It will deliver a much more consistent vape. Most find between 6-8watts to be the sweet spot. Hold both adjustment buttons down to switch from volts to watts. W in upper right corner= watts. V right side center=Volts. Once you set the watts you will find much less need to fiddle with settings. I find 7 watts works pretty good on just about everything.

Hold down the right side adjustment button until it reads No1 or No2.... If it shows No2 you are good.... If it shows No1 do it again and it will now show No2 RMS mode.

If you still have burning you need to get your hands on a meter and check the volts at the 510 connection. Make sure it is firing the same voltage as you have it set up to deliver.
