A few things I have discovered about this PV;
Anything over about 4 drops of juice leaks out the little vent hole where
the allan screw is. Since it only leaks from this one spot, you can keep
the PV in a possition so the vent is facing up to keep the juice from
leaking out.
Battery life, like the Prodigy is very short, I average about 1 1/2 hours of
heavy vaping before the batts need recharging.
Better have at least 4 rechargable batts, plus it wouldnt hurt to have some non-rechargable CR2's hanging around in case of emergencies, or
a back-up PV to use while waiting for a charge.
As far as leaks go, I am not sure, but would like to know, which atty
leaks less (if any), the 801, 901 or the 510!?
One good thing about the 801 atty, its so long, you dont have to worry about juice bubbling up into your mouth
I am using Sony CR2 batts, so (typical of Sony) their batts can only be
recharged on their charger.
One other thing, with the batts removed, the button and spring will just
fall out if turned upside down and you need to put it back in just right
before slidding in the batts.
I use a pen to pust the button down all the way.
If not installed correctly, no contact.
None of these things are really problems, just minor nit-picks.
I would like to see a HV PV that will hold a charge longer then a few hours.
Also, with any HV PV, I go through juice like crazy!!
Maybe I should learn to make my own
, by the gallon!! 8-o
