so the super t website is officially expired, the subforum is gone, and there is a "so much for the lifetime warranty" post on the fb super t family page. does anyone have any idea what is happening?
should i just contract a machine shop to maintain my goods if ever needed?
this noise has me feeling all sorts of feels. mostly sad.

i knew they were getting out of the ecig game pretty quick.
last i heard people were waiting on orders placed and items shipped off for repair. a significant number of people seemed to have worried enough about it that the subforum became locked.
so im just not even sure if these things got sorted out or not.

Wow.
So after all the support they received they left all their customers hanging on warranty?
Lame.
I actually own one. Never had a problem dealing with them when they were around.
I thought at least they would honor their word and service their warranty.

Some sell there integrity cheap these days.

well i am totally still expecting the warranty to go through. i remember the process and wait time before they moved manufacturing in house. it seems reasonable they could have sold their machines.
i was just hoping some of these orders were received?
if that can be confirmed i would happily send mine away and be prepared to sit around for a while. it would be nice to know they are alive.

Pretty sure the orders were received. At least the ones I knew of.

As far as a warranty let's be clear so that others don't misconstrue...

You have not been denied warranty work, correct? You are just wondering IF you needed to would it be honored. Pretty sure he will warranty work as as they were already closing shop I had some work done personally.

He did not sell his cnc tools BTW. ;-)

If you ever need some help with his devices feel free to pm me. And yeah, Sigh... All the feels.
