I'm interested in purchasing one of these, but I have a few questions

1. What is the length of the "widemouth" contoured t-tip?
2. After inserted into the atty, how much left is exposed?
3. What is the length of the "shorty" "widemouth" contoured t-tip?
4. After inserted into the atty, how much left is exposed?
5. Are said two tips above compatible with an Ego?

Hope this helps. They are little crooked as I had them on the seat of a chair.
Shorty is about 3/4 inch and the reg is about 1 1/16th inch, both are contoured.
First pick is shorty on Ego
Second is reg on Ego

Those issues (I believe) are with competitiors copy tips and not the original Super-T tips.

Also be aware that some of the copy metal tips are really nickle plating over a copper tip and not solid stainless or aluminum..

The stainless is nice but i think the aluminum is a better tip. It's lighter and feels smoother to your lips..

I use the plated ones with no problems. Really hard to justify spending more than a couple bucks for a drip tip.

Depends on what you're after.. I tend to clean my tips rather vigorously.. You'll scrub through that plating after a short time..

Also see post on the plating chipping off.. Hard to chip off of solid aluminum or stainless.

Some people find it hard to justify paying for a BMW or a Prosche.
I personally do not.... I buy quality and only have to pay once..

No worries...difference of opinion. I have yet to see the plating come off (not saying it wont, just never has happened to me yet), and i have dropped mine numerous times. The plating will darken just a bit, kind of like the tail pipes on a harley, but this to me is a cool effect. And unless you are scrubbing with sandpaper, you will not scrub off the plating.

And yes, I would find it hard to justify paying the amount of money they ask for either of those 2 cars you mentioned.:D

I love my SuperT-Ttips. They feel great, have been holding up with no problems, easy to clean and do clear the ego cone with no problems. They look great on my silver, aluminum and stainless pv's. All very, very nice!
Worth the price to me. Now for those 2 cars-not so much.
I do own t-tips from another vendor here and they are very nice, also. They clear the cone on the ego and the twisted colors are great. The feel on the lips is a bit different for me, but I am getting used to them. They make the black ego snazzy/elegant. I am a girl and the snazzy/elegant works for me, too.
I think the tips I have purchased were and are worth the money I have paid and would do it all over again.

I've tried generic tips from Good Prophets, both the delrin and the metal. I've tried the Twisted tips from NHaler, and I've tried the delrin wide mouth contour from Super-T.

Hands down, in my opinion, the Super-T is the most comfortable, floods the least often, has the best taste (ie. no taste at all), and provides the best all around performance.

Super T invented the T-Tip. I bought my first one from them to see if I'd like it. The quality is excellent. I got a Delrin and the one thing I don't like is that the surface is a little rough. I think it retains flavors a little more than the metal ones do and therefore has to be cleaned more thoroughly each time you switch liquids.

Nhaler has the largest range of drip tips. Some of them are beautiful. I really have enough for the foreseeable future, but I'll probably buy one or two from Drew anyway.

MadVapes also has their own version of drip tips.

Other than that, I think all the ones you'll see on various websites will be the Heaven-Gifts versions (A and B). I'm using one right now and am happy with it. It is nickel-plated. It fits my cartomizers well. No complaints. As far as the width of the opening -- if I'm really determined, I can get a Q-Tip all the way through it but the cotton gets pretty squished in the process.
