Can the 350 charge on a 420ma ego charger ?

It can if it will fit and as long as the 350 doesn't have some other reason why it can't. Most ecig chargers are smart chargers and sense when the battery is at it's max. I'm always using different chargers.As long as they put out enough for the battery to reach it's charge capacity.

Can you send an email to the manufacturer or distributor? I'd be leery of just sticking something on a charger unless I was sure it was appropriate. Every single "exploding e-cigarette" story I've seen appears to be linked to charging with the wrong equipment.

Them are from people not using ecig chargers or old chargers. I've been switching ecig chargers for 5 yrs. without incident but as was posted it don.t hurt to be sure. Plus as I also posted there may be something about the 350 I don't know about as I've never seen one.
The charger I use I built and I use it for ecigs, cell phone tablet or any other li-ion powered device I have.

NO. Batteries need to be charged below their mAH rating. You can safely charge a 350mAh bat with the normal 510 charger which puts out 150mAh.
