I recently ordered 2 ego tank attys and some other hardware from GP. Shortly after I received the order one of the tank attys failed. I sent an e-mail to GP explaining the issue. I got a reply from Rob right away and he offered to send a replacement atty out that same day (last Friday). It arrived today (Monday) and works perfectly. I will send the failed part back to Rob.
This is superior service IMHO.
I will definitely reorder from GP based on this alone!
