Superior Customer Service at GP!

I recently ordered 2 ego tank attys and some other hardware from GP. Shortly after I received the order one of the tank attys failed. I sent an e-mail to GP explaining the issue. I got a reply from Rob right away and he offered to send a replacement atty out that same day (last Friday). It arrived today (Monday) and works perfectly. I will send the failed part back to Rob.
This is superior service IMHO.
I will definitely reorder from GP based on this alone!

As we say in the electrical motor re-wind business "We can't always guarantee it, but we'll definitely always warranty it!"

Yep same here this past saturday a.m. I ordered a few things that I was in no hurry for but Rob had them out the door saturday evening. YES i said Saturday evening! Thats above and beyond great customer service if there is such a thing.

Well I am going to have to give GP a shot on some stuff.
I've heard good things and browsed the site a few times.

For some reason I had it stuck in my head that they were one of the places that shipped right from China ... Doh!
BTW, what state are they located in ??

I had a serious issue with some chargers. Rob called me and more than compensated me for the problem. He's a winner.
