Great customer service my .... I placed an order on 5-27-11. It had a 6 week wait. OK. 6-17 I find something else I like and order it from ProVape. 3 days later my mod from ProVape arrived. It had screwed up threads. I send it back and get a replacement. That took 8 days. Order from Super T has still not arrived. 7-2 (Saturday) Super T (David) sends me an email saying it should be done this coming week. 7-11 I ask is it done yet? 7-12 David says, "I hope to have it done this week as promised." Bull.......... 7-19 I say man you have to be kidding. 7-20 David says, "Yeah, i apologize for that, i'm always trying to be optimistic for the customer and i'm pretty bad at it. these are all hand finished, it's what gives them the deserved reputation as the best quality mods made, but there is a negative to that, it takes a long time to get them out. Yours will ship out tomorrow (you should receive a tracking shortly) If you'd like a refund before i send it out, let me know asap."

It is now 8:52 PM 7-21 and I haven't gotten that email yet.

I wouldn't order a horse turd from Super T.

I apologize for the wait on your Precise unit. I did estimate 6 weeks on the website and yours took about 7 weeks. I apologize that i was wrong on my estimation times to you. I meant no malice; i was just trying to give you a timeframe. Your unit did ship out today (07/21) just as i said it would in my email to you on 07/20. USPS should have sent you out a tracking number too, as it auto generates one when i print the ship label. If you did not receive it, i will reforward it to you, no problem.

Please understand that i am basically a one man show. When you order a Precise from Super T, you are not ordering a mass produced good. I am one of the few manufacturers that actually hand finishes each and every unit. You are basically getting handcrafted goods and the demand outweighs my ability to produce them. I wish i could do more, but i won't sacrifice quality at the expense of speed.

I apologize you had a bad experience and do know that i am bringing on more staff to help solve the slow production times on Precise units. I know this is of little help to you now, but I think you will be pleased with your Precise. If you are not pleased with it, I also have a 7 day, no hassle, no question return policy and you can return your Precise for a full refund.

I received my Precise today and it was everything it was advertised to be. David even put in some thread compound.
To be totally honest there were several questions David answered and two changes to the original order. David would always answer of an evening. I'm just an impatient sob and when I didn't get the shipping email on 7/21 I got carried away. Turns out it was shipped on 7/21. It's just that the email was supposed to be automatically generated when the shipping label was printed and for whatever reason I didn't receive it.
Anyway, the Precise is a very well made mod with extremely tight tolerances. At first I wasn't comfortable with the bottom button, but now I push more down on the mod and less up on the button and it really is comfortable to fire. Thank you David for a well made product.
