I placed an order with SuperTManufacturing last week. The order consisted of a battery and a drip tip. No biggy. WRONG... It's over 7 days since I was told the order shipped. Nothing, nada.... I could understand a wait, but not 7 days for stock items. I was told that the order had specifically shipped thursday of last week or I would not have resorted to this. I also PM'd David and have yet to get another response. I'm gonna cut my losses for good and order from one of the 20 or so trusted vendors I usually use.

Lesson..... Never stray away from what you know. And forget trying new vendors. Lesson learned.

EDIT: SuperT is responding via PM and are pleasant to deal with so far.

Good morning TommyP,

Order 8382 placed Thursday, November 10th, Shipped, Thursday November 10th via first class mail. First Class mail takes on average 3-4 business days to arrive, but keep in mind, the post office was closed Friday, November 11th for Verterans Day so they are running behind.

As far as your PM's, i answered one earlier this week from you and just answered your lastest PM so it should be in your inbox now.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience TommyP.

The problem I have with that is the fact that I have placed 4 other orders since then with other vendors and have received all 4 as of 10:30 am today. The order I placed with you was shipped basic shipping as were all the other orders I have placed. So as of now, there have been 7 days of total transit for the package. Unless it was placed in an envelope with a stamp, there should be no reason it shouldn't have arrived yet. I highly doubt you did that, but it looks as to have been lost. What can I do? I already ordered elsewhere as i needed the extra battery soon, so I guess like I said in the OP, I am at a loss here unless you can refund and file a claim. Either way this has been a less than desirable experience.
