Hi all
I'm not new to vaping but theres a situation like this: a friend of mine moved to Canada and wants to start using ecig, so he asked my help, I know what to buy, but I dont know where.
Looking for on-line stores i Canada(all i found were overpriced) or should I use HC or HG?

You're welcome. Yes it's a system that's put in place to prevent spammers from messing up the website. There are many online vendors all across Canada and a couple of brics and mortar places in Ontario albeit a little pricey.
JUGHEADS.co We've Got the Vapors ! is very reasonably priced and has amazing juices and tip top customer service. Also check his Clearance Section.

You've got Customs hassles, we're having thieves problem in post offices.

It seems to be hit and miss with Cdn Customs. I believe they have blacklisted some Chinese companies. In the beginning I ordered pre mixed juice from Jugs but my last order was a large one from the U.S. for Unflavored Nic Juice so I can DIY. I order flavors from an outfit in....Poland. Hardware imports aren't a problem but juice is. Like I said it's hit and miss.

LOL good guess. We love the quality and prices. I ordered bulk with a large group of friends- vapers and cooks. If your friend is a Tobacco lover (of course no juice will taste exactly like Tobacco) the Tobacco Absolute is good but is very, very potent- use very small quantities. I also like DK Tab, Black Perique and RY4. Strangely I HATE menthol but was told by veterans most noobs like it. I now really enjoy adding some menthol to my tobaccos. I buy the menthol crystals and dilute/ mix them in PG. Of course the flavors I enjoy may not be exactly what your friend likes. Ordering small sample bottles is always a good idea IMHO.

Yes there are flavor suppliers in Canada but they're quite expensive and we are very limited as to what we can buy. All or most Juice vendors buy their juice from the larger specialty companies like Flavorart, etc as it's not worth their time/ effort to manufacture their own. TW is good. My DIY juice is costing me about $2.00+ per 30 ml to make so there are substantial savings if one is willing to put forth the effort. As mentioned before the best quality juice I've found in Canada is from Jugheads- also the cheapest.

Edit: I bought the Tobacco Absolute from the U.S. before they began diluting it- it's derived directly from the tobacco leaves.
