Supplied charger won't fit supplied battery.

I received my Provape-1 today and it looks amazing! The problem is that I can't use it. The supplied charger won't fit the supplied 14500 batteries. The sizes listed on the charger go up to 14430. Are there any chargers I can use in the meantime? I'm sure Provape will resolve the issue, but I'm not a patient person.

They only sell 2 chargers at Provape. Both of those chargers work on the 14500. The charger with 4 bays you have to put the 14500 in the lower 2 slots. The other charger (Pila) will also fit them no problem. Did you buy all of your parts together at Provape?

the 14500 will not fit in the smaller slots. and no charge lights in the upper two slots. i thought i'd try quitting the smokes this week. guess it wasn't meant to be.

It could be you got a faulty charger. Have you sent a message to provape yet?

yes. but it wasn't til after business hours. hopefully i'll hear something today.

Please try to use the bottom bays on the charger. Those specific batteries are not designed to work in the top bays. The top two bays are for smaller batteries.
