You would think that China being so close, you would be able to get a shipment quickly. Some of your best prices are from Ruyan Direct in China ($9.50 for 30ml). It takes 6-7 days to get to the states. I believe I saw where there shipping to Japan (proper, I assume) is 3 days. Sorry I couldn't help more. Here is their link:

The problem is that im military.....anything i ship to a APO, even if its litterally a 3 hours flight away has to go through america first, all the way to CA, then it goes to mainland japan and down here.......sadly, ordering from china is actually one of the slowest possible routes i could take.

That sucks. Well this won't solve your problem but I guess it would take less time to order from a US supplier. Here are a couple that I have had positive service from. I don't know what the shipping charge would be to your location, but a quick email and I'm sure they would respond.

You know, you might want to send Ruyan an email or www.eastmall.net - Eastmall International Co.,Ltd, another good China supplier and explain your situation. EastMall has a supplier subforum on this site and Ed, is great to work with. They may have other customers in your location that are not in the military that you might be able to partner with and get juice more quickly. Or maybe a local post office box.
How about shipping from within Japan to base on Okinawa? I haven't found any suppliers in Japan yet but check out yahoo auctions, kakaku.com and rakuten.com.
I'd get a P.O box, personal, at either the local post office or... I'm not sure about Okinawa but Tokyo's 7/11s had P.O boxes IIRC.
Don't you know anyone who lives off base that's willing to receive your packages?
Hope to find something here in Okinawa myself soon. The delivery times here from the states are at minimum, 7 days from what I've seen.
drakefire, I found a place outside of Gate 5. I don't know if Gate 5 is ever open, but there's a street right across from Gate 5... go down there and on your right past a stoplight or two will be a place that sells gardening supplies and various things. You can tell the place by the lawn supplies on the outside. Inside they sell a pack of e-cigs called Health E-Cigarettes. The package comes with 7 cartridges, 1 battery, 1 atty and a charger for about 25 bucks. Really great deal. They also have 10 cartridges for about 10 bucks. Go check it out. I am Off base in Okinawa, I have been ordering from Ryuan direct and having it sent to my offbase home, It usually takes 4 to 5 days direct from China to off base, I did have customs stop one shipment that had 100 prefilled carts. They said that the limit on pre filled carts is 20. (just like importing cigerets to 20) I think they were confused at customs. The same order had 5 30 ml bottles of juice and the juice made it through without a problem.

ALso if you are on base every base housing unit has a International FEDEX (Black Cat in Japan) address. Call the base housing office on Kadena an ask then for your units International address. The Black cat and DHL can deliver direct to your on base home, I used to get shipments to my home almost dailey from the United states for a part time job when I was in base housing.
I had to use FEDEX since it was a part time job and the base post office does not allow us to use the Military postal for private business.
On some rare ocasion a driver for DHL or Black cat will not be able to enter the gate. In that case they will call what ever phone number is on your shiping label to set up a time to meet at the gate.
If you place an order from china ask them to include your phone number in the shiping address.

I followed Rick Taps direction and found the DIY/Garden supply store that sells the Health e-Cigarettes. They where out of the Starters, but had carts. I used the broken Japanese I know to find another source for starter purchases for those interested. The "Big 1" stores carry 2 types of e-cig starter kits. Both look similar the Health e-Cig Kit, but a little different. One is called Hanshin Tigers E-Cigarettes and the other is The Premium Smoker. They have carts for cheaper than the DIY/Garden supply store, but the starters are more expensive. 3980 Yen for the kits and less than 1000 Yen for the Carts. Hope this helps out some future converts.
If this ever becomes an issue again just give me an off post address to ship to. I have some extra stores of juice for anyone in a pinch. The ship time from S. Korea is almost as fast as in country.
