Would anyone be willing to give me the names of a few suppliers that you know are selling the Joye eGo T starter kits? As a newbie, I'm completely overwhelmed with the available suppliers out there! I am happy to do price comparisons on my own... just need a nudge in the right direction!

I appreciate, in advance, any help!

liberty-flight.com has them; Electronic Cigarettes / E Cigarette and E Liquid from Totally Wicked has them under the name of Tornado; Joye eGo | Joye 510 | Electronic Cigarette supplies | Batteries, atomizers, cartomizers, e-Liquid and more! has them; Cignot your Midwest Electronic Cigarette store. has them. Can't think of more right off the top of my head, but other's will be by with other suggestions. You might just go to all these places and compare prices. I have some coming....can't wait.

Clouds of Vapor - $60.99 + 10% discount-bigbuyer (2 - 650mah batteries and 2 tank attys) is the best pricing on the tank kit, thus far...but he's out of stock.

Volcano - $74.99 + 10% discount-epuffdirect (1 - 650mah usb passthrough and a 1000mah battery and 1 tank atty). Plus, their blank tanks are $3.99/5pack and comes in different colors.

Heaven-gifts - $62.50

I'm sure there are others out there...

Here's the best deal I've found yet:

Go to liberty-flights.com and click on the "20% discount" button on the top left of the home page.
Order the following:

riva510 $34
eGo-t atomizer $13 (x2) = $26
eGo-t tank carts $7

so, for less than $70 you get two complete eGo-T's with riva510 batteries,

plus 2 spare 510 atomizers and 5 carts and a charger -- the spare 510 atomizers won't work with a tank system but will come in handy should you decide to try clearomizers, cartomizers, carts or drip tips sometime in the future.

Cignot is the best overall for price/speed/service. Everyone will have their own opinions but search cignot in the forums and I'm sure you will see what I mean. BTW on the Riva batteries, some have had threading issues using Riva Batts and Joye T-attys. My wife did on one battery for some reason. Riva is cheap but you get what you pay for.

Thank you ALL for you quick responses! I really appreciate the willingness of the members of this board to share information with newbies!

What I do not understand is the difference between, for example, the Tornado, the Riva, and the Joye eGo T? Are they produced by the same manufacturer, with different names? Or, are the Tornado and the Riva "clones" of the eGo T?

I appreciate your willingness to help!!

sorry, I hadn't heard of that yet. Thanks for the update. Well, you can get the eGo kit at liberty flights for just $10 more. -- but they don't have the eGo-T kit that I could find, just the parts needed to assemble one.

Some of each:

eGo and Tornado are both made by eGo. Riva is a straight knock-off, I've heard good thing about them except just now with cuseguy's concern. There are others too -- Ovale is an eGo, not sure about vGo, can't remember them all... LOL!

I think I understand what is necessary to put it together (tank, cone thingamabob LOL, and the battery)... I'm sure I will also want to buy extras of chargers, etc., as my husband will probably use one as well.

THANK YOU, Rosa, for your help!!

They are all essentially the same. I'm not totally clear about what's "original" and what's a clone, but I know that they all have good reputations. I know a Tornado is (I think) just a rebranded Joyetech product. The Riva is a different mfg co., but has a really good reputation. From what I understand (could be wrong...) the Tank parts (atomizer and tanks or carts) are all from the same manufacturer. The tank carts and atomizers will work on any of the various batteries...Tornado, eGo, Riva....all fat batts with 510 threading. I wouldn't be afraid to buy any of them (and have. I have eGos and Rivas, and I just bought a couple of the Tank systems (cart/atty) from Totally Wicked.) So....I'd just find the best price. That's just my opinion.

Here, there, everywhere!

Pay attention to shipping - I know even though some of the others had coupons, when you added shipping on it made it higher than others. I just ordered a kit from Cignot - there service is awesome and shipping was free with purchase of $60 or more. Also pay attention to warranties.
