I would add Good Prophets as they are always on top of your order, Very nice to deal with and fast shipping. Plus they're always asking the people what they would like them to sell.
I would also add madvapes cause they have an excellent section to help modders out. fast shipping, great prices and I've never recieved a package that didn't contain a bunch of freebies in it.

DIYFlavorshack for the same reasons you said - plus she's such a dear to deal with, hardly anything is too much trouble for her customers; she always wants to help.
Cignot; same deal - always been very helpful. Great on answering questions and emails.
TV - yes great juices
Vapor station; Eric the owner was refreshingly honest when i said I didnt like one of the flavors (the rest were awesome btw) and said he didnt like it either and had taken it off sale to people until it was 'better'. I wasn't after a refund - its always a lottery what flavors you like.

TBH all the suppliers Ive dealt with (all from the forums lists) have been very satisfactory, whether I liked their juice or not.

I would have to add Halo to the list. Great customer service on top of Great consistent vapor and taste.

When they went through their flavor supplier issue that took them offline for close to a month, they let customers know about their situation and then rewarded them with a week's notice on the ECF, their facebook page and their e-mail list about a massive 24 hour huge discount sale.

When some people mentioned on the ECF that they missed the sale by a day and were bummed, the company contacted those posters and extended them the sale price. No way they had to do that. They just really do care about their customers being happy. And they also like to hear customer feedback. I've e-mailed Jay on numerous occasions and he usually gets right back to me.

Definitely makes me feel good about doing business with them.

These guys have stayed top on my list for more than a year! I haven't heard of anyone staying with a supplier for this long.

Besides good CS and quality products, these guys have great english skills as well.

Among the stuff they have been cool with (that i can remember) are:

1) Corporate gifts shipped with special instructions from their end. They even helped me add a gift card. Have got them to help me with this for quite a while.

2) Replaced defective parts in next order with no questions.

3) Replied emails virtually within minutes. Received free gifts every year during chinese new year.

4) Never received a single DOA order.

this is great news to me ,i find her stor on google and orderd 3 flavors because of the low price so i'm happy to find out its a good product taste also.

I might be one of the few who isn't impressed by freebees. Getting exactly what I ordered, receiving it in a reasonable period of time and finding that everything I ordered works as advertised makes me feel good.
Over the past year I've purchased from at least a dozen of the suppliers here on ecf and in my experience the majority of them have been great.

I have to rally here for Cignot. Their fast service is truly amazing, not only with shipping but also answering emails at record speed. Every item I have ordered has been in top notch condition, their liquid is excellent and I know when I recommend them to a friend, they're going to get the same excellent service. I was beginning to think that customer service in America was a thing of the past with the arrival of automated service and with most major companies giving customer service a back seat but this company goes above and beyond IMO.

So far the only supplier I have purchased from is Vapor 4 Life. I'm new vaper. I am very satisfied with V4L, even though I didn't get exactly what I ordered. They were out of stock on the strength I ordered. When the package arrived there was a handwritten letter of apology. They included the next highest strength of the 30ml menthol, which is what I ordered, along with an extra 5ml menthol and a carrying pouch, free of charge. Good company and reasonable shipping times and great prices. As far as the flavor goes, I would have to say that it's better than the menthol carts that I got with the Envy Ecig I purchased (at a local gas station), but I haven't tried any other brands so I don't have much to compare with, yet.

I would NOT however recommend the Envy ecig. My next one will be the Janty eGo.
