BestEciggy! Extremely Slow SHIPPING and their Juices taste like CRAP! I only lived one state DOWN and it took them 7 Days to get the juice to me! They refused to give me a REFUND! Here are the EMAILS!

I Demand a Tracking NUMBER, THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS SLOW ... SHIPPING I LIVE ONLY ONE STATE DOWN! YOU HAVE LOST A VERY PRICY CUSTOMER GOOD DAY SLOW POKES.

We don't give tracking numbers. Usually people will receive order in 2-3 days.

I asked for a refund and he didn't respond for days, so I sent him another email telling him I will report him and then he responded saying I cussed him OUT. Very SHADY! He doesn't give a crap! Avoid this guy! I don't like how everyone has hidden agendas, I'm a unsatisfied customer and I feel I got ripped off, I want a refund. To the point and simple. No MIND Games No play on WORDS like these people!

Sounds like somebody didn't get enough hugs when they were little. I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience...Thats too bad-Although it does appear from the correspondence between you and Gary that he did indeed offer you a refund if you were not satisfied with your order-did you end up taking him up on that?

On a related note, I ordered their sampler pack on the evening of the 11th (Sunday), and received it on the 15th, and I live in Minnesota...And it wasn't that bad-In fact I may order again in larger quantities.

The 17th was a Friday. It is possible they aren't open on weekends so they'd process the order on Monday the 19th.

How was your order shipped? First class mail, or priority? I ordered the sample pack over the weekend and paid $5 for shipping. It is possible that he will simply mail it first class and keep the extra money. I don't know yet. Many companies use a flat shipping rate to keep things simple so I'd be ok with that.

Which flavors of juice did you dislike? Where they of poor quality or just not a flavor you enjoy?

I understand its frustrating, but to be fair you'd need to ship back the juice to collect the refund.

If he offered a refund and didn't deliver that would be a major concern. I'm not sure slow shipping is enough cause to warrant black listing this vendor. (in my view only I'm not an admin or moderator)

There are many other vendors that are known to have fast shipping and good products. I hope you have better luck with one of those.

To the OP; your are irrational. Stick with vendors that support this forum.

Never heard of besteciggy, so I did a search online for the company. This guy states "Stop smoking tobacco...start living your life" in the online store logo. It is vendors like him who make outrageous, false marketing claims and put vaping quarely in the sights of the FDA.

Not saying the monetary amount makes a difference but was that your order? $15? & that included the shipping?
If you ordered on Sat. the 17th after 4 PM, common sense, unless their website states otherwise, that the order wouldn't get processed until Monday the 19th... It sounds like you received the order on the 24th?? You didn't state anything more than "7 days"-so I am assuming the 24th... so in actuality, it would have been 5 days to your door... Not very fast but decent shipping time...
hate that you were displeased w/ the service, but yeah- maybe you should have taken the guy up on his refund offer and gotten a diff supplier to send you liquid...
Hope since you have now found the forum that you have found many other things here to help in your endeavor of e-cigs and this hasn't just become a sound board for you...
BTW, I am not familiar w/ the company in question at all- it just seems unfair for a company to be bashed before given a chance and in this community we all welcome a new supplier given they can prove theirselves - seems this guy tried to ammend... I wouldn't say you cussed him out either but I am not sure why you thought CAPS were necessary in your e-mail unless that was your intention... to yell your frustration and give the perception that you indeed were cussing at him to get your point across...

If you gotta have it the next day. Order the item on Monday thru Thursday before noon and pay $$$ to have it shipped FedEx overnight.

Otherwise, the USPS still states snail mail can take up to 7-10 business days to be delivered... even if it's coming from across the street.


Nicotine addicts are probably the worst customers :p

I would never go into business selling this stuff.

No one can please everyone all the time.

I've had orders from different suppliers sometimes take a little longer than I thought they should but you cant blast the supplier for being a day or 2 later than you thought you'd have it in your hands.

I hate to see blasts about suppliers on this board unless it is truely justified.

They all have a hard time taking small orders, getting them packaged and mailed in such a short amount of time.

I congratulate all of them for their hard work and diligence to get this stuff out to us as fast as they do!!!!
