To be honest I haven't had a bad one either. I have gotten things that I didnt like but I'm the one that ordered them so it isn't the vendor's fault. But I read the sub-forums and if I see people complaining more than praising, or saying things like I can't get a hold of anyone , etc I send my business elsewhere. TW is not the only one that won't acknowledge you until you post online though. There is another one that is bad about it too. Also, if you see a lot of deleted posts in a supplier's forum, that should be a red flag too.

TW is known for deleting post's also. I noticed that you have to very professional with them for them to even acknowledge you.

TW...never ever...I'd rather pay more to fly to china and try and get the part myself than send them a dime no matter what their sale price is...

there ae a few suppliers that are on my never ever in a million years list...like 5 of them..

Then there are the ones that I've had no problems with and have had good and speedy service from each and every time..
the ones I've had good service from are janty (where I'd get an eGo from (for the 6month warranty)), Rocky mountain vapor, cignot, and Nhaler (and vapornine (though I haven't ordered from them I was gifted some of their cartos and have been on their subforum and from other people they have fast and good customer service (and the cartos rock)))

As far as specifically about the eGo goes seems everyone is now getting it in stock and I wouldn't be surprised to start seeing it in colors in about a month or so...but look at what's in the kit and what the warranty is like...
let me tell you the 6month warranty on batteries and atties is very nice

In the less than 2 months I have been vaping I have bought from

Ecigexpress- (x2) Starter kit, juice, bottles diy supplies etc
Ecigsupply- another starter kit, passthrough, juice
myfreedomsmokes- nic juice
Capellas- flavoring
perfumers apprentice- flavoring, sweetener
tastyvapor (x3)- juice and doublers
Vaporkings- cartomizers, passthrough, juice
Valuevapor- attomizers

I have great experiences with all these vendors. Fast shipping, great products. Some juices etc i didn't care for (my fault), all hardware has been great and working properly. My order from Ecigsupply was missing an e-juice, I called and it was immediately shipped out to me. Otherwise no problems. I would order from any of these shops again.
I have an order with LitecigUSA (carto's and juice) and based on the reviews I have read here, should have no problem with them also!
On my wish list is to find the perfect menthol, still searching!
Just my input, for what its worth!

i can recommend the following

ben at ncvape.com got my m401 starter kit from him plus plenty of advice

randall at mypvshop.com ordered 401 5packs batts and attys, 1 replacement battery on the way, original went bad after about a week and that came from the 5pack, he also will let you mix and match colors in his 5pack special offers, all you have to do is ask

from goodprophet i got some cartos and an adapter, everything came as promised so no further contact

Honestly....I'm kinda disappointed in our supplier selections.
We have basically four choices thats it.

Good e-liquids......no hardware
Hardware.......no e-juice or crappy whole sale e-liquids
Both......over priced and bad CS reputations.
Chinese..........decent prices insane shipping.

I want One place to go to for the majority of my e-cig needs, with decent shipping costs, with Good customer service and (OMG) warranties. (and none of this well you didnt buy MY e-juice therefore we wont cover parts crap..there are four that I know of that hold that lovely policy)
Apparently thats to much to ask for.

Adding in my DIY stuff...I'm shopping from 20 different places easy...it's getting old and $$ in shipping cost real quick!

The quality of e-liquid we get from 90% of places........is Crap.

Now maybe I'm insane...but when I order pink ponies, I expect the flavor to freaking be pink ponies, not pink pony hoof tar dunked in perfume.

Now I realize some flavors are just hard to make, just a fact......but If I can make Pink ponies on the first attempt, as a Noobie to the DIY. The "expert" sure didnt try too hard making that freaking pink pony that he/she marked up 400%

I have to defend Heaven Gifts a little. If you are at a point where you can wait 3 weeks for your stuff, the shipping is very reasonable. I Have made $70 orders with them and only paid $6 shipping. That is the same as you pay in the states. Yes, it does take longer but the prices of the supplies are more than reasonable and the liquid is pretty good. I've tried just about all the flavors they have and the only one I can think of off hand that I didn't like was peanut butter.

But, I do agree with most of what you said Rose. We may have a lot of suppliers but none of them are one stop shopping.

That and the consistency on their battery designs changes almost daily... "are they the new style air holes, or the old style air holes, or the new style air holes that are on the regular length batteries....oh they're the new, new style from the shorties that are the same as the old style on the XLs"....WTF?!!? in addition to like 90% of their juice having that underlying rose taste...
There once was a member here that had a quote that I more and more realized is pretty accurate... "V4L is the walmart of the e-cig world, their products are pretty much crap but the warranty keeps bringing people back"...


As for 1 stop shops...there are a few that are quickly approaching it...but you're paying slightly more for it....nhaler for example... good juice and decent hardware and a decent variety of models...warranty is kinda meh on most stuff... and shipping for small orders is excessive (but it'll get to you in usually 2-5 days (not counting sunday)

I think the new bat is like the old one I got two weeks ago Thursday but really it was three Sundays ago.

They put Kool-Aid in the juice. I swear.

I have to agree with all of you (and thanks for making me smile too!)

Some of THE best juice I have received, came from individuals, and not these suppliers. I have also had terrible luck with some parts failing way way too soon, over and over and over. And it's MY own dumb luck for buying from the same companies.
I have found that everything is a crap shoot. Sometimes the juice will be good, sometimes bad. Sometimes the part will be good, sometimes bad. So the only things left are price and customer service. Unless I'm specifically looking for a good sale, I will lean towards customer service.

I have heard through the grapevine that there are a few (new) places that will offer the One-stop shopping. I wish them the best of luck, it won't be easy. They will definately need to have good CS AND keep an ear to the ground.

Sorry, I need to go on one more V4L rant here. Here's an email I just sent them which tells the story. Both times there was nothing other than a note...sending you X instead of y which is what you ordered because we're out.

Received my latest order 45727 today. Thank you.

This is the second time I have been sent products in lieu of what I ordered. The first time I just let it go. I had ordered cartos in 11 mg. You sent 8 mg with a note you were out of 11 so sent 8. Today I received Blueberry Cartos along with a note that you were out of Blueberry Cobbler which I ordered so you sent Blueberry.

I don't know anything about your inventory system so I can't offer any constructive suggestions as to how to correct this. It seems that when I ordered theses items they were in stock as your system allowed me to place the order. When I pay for something, I expect to receive what I ordered, not something else you wish to substitute. You can handle this by emailing the customer and asking what they would like to do and/or setting up a back order system if the inventory cannot be kept current on your site.

Look at it this way. If you order a black shirt online, do you not expect a black shirt to arrive? Would you be happy to receive a pink one instead? Would you find that acceptable?

I've had v4l send me things that were other then I ordered too. Like a white battery instead of a pink one . Said they were out of the pink.
I've had good and bad with v4l. I like their equipment . Dont like their liquids or carts
I can never figure out if I got the old new or the new new LOL
wish they would stay with something long enough to figure it out.
