Support ticket times

I put in a support ticket on Tuesday morning (4 days) for an item missing in my order. Does anyone know how long these usually take to resolve?

They are normally fast when it comes to tickets however, with the release of the Vivi Nova and some other products they may be a little behind. Give them a few more day and the shoot Bad a pm.

My guess is it's likely more due to the website relaunch/overhauling than anything else.

I had tickets caught up through Thrusday morning I think...I am about to go through them again...
