I cannot recommend Sure Vapes enough.
I recently ordered 50 standard Boge cartomizers from Sure Vapes and some cartomizer tanks. A day or two after placing my order I found that the tanks required XL cartos and were too long for the 50 I had purchased. I wrote to Sure Vapes, opening a support ticket, and received a very prompt response.
They said that they normally do not take tanks back, but would allow me to do so as a one-time courtesy. They asked that I let them know whether I wanted a refund or store credit. I opted for the store credit.
This was clearly an error on my part and SV is dedicated to taking care of their customers. The tanks are currently en route to Sure Vapes and I am looking forward to doing more business with them.
