What can I say about Tim at HotVapes.com other then outstanding customer service. I had a problem with a purchase and Tim was quick to stand behind his products and was will to go out of his way to make sure I was happy. He has his phone nuber right on the website which not may sites do that and I called and Tim answered and that was the start of my top notch customer service. Great job Tim A++
