More smokers in US using smokeless tobacco as survey of 1.1 million tobacco consumers finds that:
"92% of respondents smoke cigarettes, 15% smoke cigars and 25% use smokeless products. About 27% claim to use more than one, and 5% use all three."

Make the Most of Multis

Cater to people who use multiple tobacco products by knowing what makes them tick

These survey findings and this article primarily describe (but fail to cite) the rapidly growing trend of non urban white male smokers in the US who have recently began using smokeless tobacco. Unfortunately, the article didn't mention (and perhaps the survey didn't inquire about) usage of e-cigarettes, as that information would be very helpful to know.
