I want to try a recipe but it calls for Sweet Cream and I don't have it and I have never tried it so I am not sure what I have that is close... The description from TFA is:
A light cream, very useful for blending with other ingredients. This is called sweet cream, but it is not really that sweet, but can lend an all-around milky character to other ingredients.
I am fresh out of whipped cream and marshmallow sadly and wont get my resupply until next week.. I am going to try a mix of sweetener with a bit of malted milk and see what happens (who knows, maybe ill like that better)..
