Switch question

I'm planning to build a box mod and was looking at switches. I came across these switches but they have screw terminals. Is it still possible to solder to these or does someone know where I can get the same type of switch with solder lugs? Any help would be appreciated.

I've only seen them with screw terminals, but you can get them cheaper from here.

As for soldering to them, it depends on the screws themselves. If they are zinc plated it will be hard. You could try filling the hole without the screw in it with solder and inserting the wire. That's how I fill and wire 510 connectors that have holes in the center...it works well enough for them. Biggest problem there could be getting the terminals too hot and ruining the switch, so be careful.
