I'm looking for something a little more cost efficient, something that is rebuildable possibly? Switching from Vision 2.0 Clearomizer, suggestions?

Everything, mostly, is rebuildable. Not everything has replaceable heads, that just screw on and off. Vision has replaceable heads on their Vivi Nova mini and mega. Also their 2.0.......maybe you meant V2?
Kanger also has T2 and T3 with replaceable heads. Their are also others.
The Kanger T2 is probably the cheapest and the heads can be bought for $1 or less. Ive used it for months and like it. Just make sure to wash good in hot water at the minimum before first using and that goes double for the replacement heads.
Surevapes and Vapingme are good places for Kanger.

Plus 1 on the Kanger T2's from me - and especially if you use an eGo battery. Perfect fit. To be honest those 5 & 6 ml clearos are kinda top heavy for most batteries but it's pure aesthetics (unless it keeps tipping over and lands on a hard surface, thus breaking it of course).
Realize the length of that clearomizer is 89mm- add to that the length of your PV and could be quite long. As JUDGEMENT AFFIRMED mentioned there are rebuildable clearos/ tanks. If you have an eGo sized PV a Mini 2.5 ml rebuildable would look best- 66 mm long.
I use both Vivi Nova's and Kangers. I like both of them, the Kangers have a slightly more airy draw, where it's a little tighter on the Vivi. The coil heads are a little cheaper for the Kangers. You can rebuild the coil heads for both fairly easily yourself with some 32 or 34g Kanthal and some silica wick.
