So I have some ce3s, love these by the way, but having a problem filling. c

I bought a syringe fill kit from My Vapor Store and this worked well for 2-3 days, but I cant get the juice from the bottle to syringe with any ease.

Whenever I raise up on the syringe, I get a tiny bit of juice in the syringe and then a big airpocket. Then i get cant get anymore juice in. What is the best way to get the juice from the bottle to the syringe without making a mess?

I think these might be 20 guage needles but not sure. They were sold as a kit so I'm thinking I have the proper equipment,

I was having the same problem. What I did was pull up on the syringe and wait. I don't exactly know what it is(thickness of the juice or something) but if I waited a little bit while keeping a firm pressure on the syringe I filled up the syringe enough to fill it. Maybe this helps YMMV. The thing I had to figure was "it ain't like drawing blood".

It might be the small gauge of the needle. Juice can get pretty thick, especially if it's high VG or if the juice has been kept cool. On the BD syringes I use you can put the needle down into the liquid, and then pull back on the plunger all the way to the end until it stops. Then, pull it just another 1/8 inch or so, and it will kind of catch and stay in place. Then I just sit back and relax while the suction in the tube does its job. If it's a small needle or the juice is thick, it may take a minute or two just to get a single ml of juice drawn up. Gives you time to take a puff or two.

between here and there
Take the needle off and put the plunger in the bottle and fill the syringe.....I use a 1mil so it fits into most bottles......I never could draw anything into a needle, no matter the size .......when the plunger is full, just put the needle back on........quick and easy, especially 20 guage, they are sharp....ouch...
hope this helps..

...is their syringe a regular hospital type syringe...if so, BEFORE inserting syringe into bottle, pull back on plunger a couple of ml/cc worth...insert into bottle, turn upside down and push air into bottle, let up on plunger and draw it back and you will get a filled syringe.........
madjack:2cool:

Do what Madjack said. Important point, as Madjack said, turn the bottle upside down, with the bottle above the syringe.

18 gauge will definitely work better. It suits for all of my juices. Sometimes I have to pull back where the air pocket appears and hold it there. The vaccuum will pull he juice back eventually. You may have to go for 16 even for pure vg, but that's not going to wick well in carto anyway...

A guy in this post pointed me to a good cheap supply of 18 bevel tip
