Well, i didn't like the way the warmed juice tasted when i vaped it. It seemed to have a slightly different flavour. So i quit warming it up in the microwave, and thought about other ways i could fill with a thin needle.

Then i worked it out...

The problem i found was trying to draw the liquid up into the syringe in the first place. It was so thick that it would take ages to draw up. So i kept downsizing my syringe to make the draw easier. Now i'm using one of those very thin 1cc syringes.
However, it still took some time to get any juice into the syringe. Then i realised...
Take the needle off and stick the syringe into the juice itself. It's thin enough that it fits perfectly into the juice bottles that V4L supplies. So now i draw up the liquid into the syringe with ease, no needle needed. Then attach the needle and juice up my cartos. It works a treat. Although, you have to be careful not to overfill as you'll get stuck with the problem of trying to draw out the excess juice again with a thin needle, hehe.
However, if you just push some in, wait, push, wait, push, wait, etc. You'll soon find you get used to how much is enough and how much is too much. Every few fills i still get a gurgly carto, but i found if you blow from the bottom of the carto where it screws onto the battery, and put a bit of tissue paper in the top where the white cap was, you can soak up the excess if you need to. All in all, the little bit of juice loss to get a perfectly filled carto that lasts a day or two is FAR FAR better for me than the task of drip filling to keep topping up the carto every few hours.

Also, if you want to warm the liquid, but not to the point where it tastes funny. If you have sunny spots in the house, leave the juice by the window (not in direct sunlight), or what i do is keep it right by my laptop when that's on, so the heat being thrown out from the fan inside, blows right onto the bottle and thins it up. Or just find any indirect heat source (monitors, tv's, etc) and sit the juice by it for a little while, and you'll thin the juice up some.

I discovered the "take the needle off" method about a week ago. With how excited I was about it, you probably would have thought I discovered the meaning of life. :D
LOL, that sounds like how i was when i figured it out.

I am still on the drip method to fill carto's. When you use a needle, are you putting it between the batting and the outer case, or between the batting and the little inner tube? I do have a blunt needle due to the fact I "tried" some clear CE2's.

Between the outer casing and the batting, MrsDash.

I take a syringue, remove the "pusher", the thing that you put your thumbs on it to push liquid out of it and I just fill the seryngue with VG by pouring it in the syringue. Then I put back the pusher and fill my bottle. Works fast. If you put too much in the syringue, just put it back in his bottle. You can fill a 10 CC syringue in seconds.

Another stroke of genius. Hadn't even thought about doing it that way. That saves messing with the needle and risking a puncture wound too. NICE :)
