There luer slip and not luer lock. Luer lock needles will slip on just fine.

Can't blame you. I've had my issues with not so much ebay but paypal as a seller but never a buyer. So I stopped selling on ebay. There to biased towards the seller. They will always favor the buyer even if they were wrong.

I found a product at e-bay with the seller located in a near by bay area community a few miles from me. Knowing this e-bay, I called to see if I could will call and save the shipping charges--could not be done.Thats their policy. My sellers name is a e-bay "name" (not real or traceable) and there is no way I could ID the seller.
Paypal is a big issue. If you try to buy nic juice in China (or any foreign company --I'm guessing ) using Paypal and the item is ID'd "nicotine"--LOL. No transaction allowed. fasttech helped, eventually-+ frustration, straighten it out and could finally place the juice order.
vaping is worth all the hoops we have to go through and I would gladly do it all(with what i know now) again.
Update on order placed for syringes, ordered yesterday got it all today. Sometimes we all get lucky.
