Gotta a few days (well 7ish) here until my recent purchase arrives. I put on order a new Reo Grand Black wrinkle and Copper Vein Front and a two RM2's. I got a brass and and a nickle plated to mount the brass on the BW/CV Grand and the nickel on my BW/W mini 2.1. I'm definitely excited about getting these RM2's. I figured that spending a little bit more money on an rba will keep me from buying a million disposable atomizer and throwing me them away after they crap out.

So I'm going to be wrapping the micro coils per super_x_drifter's great information on his thread and the recent one posted up of people's ohm's/wraps.

I'm going to be turning the coil on a 16ga blunt tip luer lock needle and using 30ga Kanthal A1 wire. I found this organic cotton wick:
Organic Cotton Wick Material and I will be trying this out. It might be a little thick but I figured I can cut and make it smaller if need be. I want to get roughly 1.2-1.8 ohm's on these coils.

So once I get these in I will definitely post of pictures of the new addition to the Fleet and my first attempt of my micro coil.

In closing I will be saving up for a VV Grand or if I can get lucky a Woodvil when they come back out on the market.

Keep Calm :vapor: Vape On

Thanks PayleRyder. I'm definitely excited about the Grand. Been vaping on the Mini 2.1 for about 2 weeks now, and I like it but the 3ml bottle just doesn't do it for me during my daily vaping. So I will take the mini 2.1 out with me when I go somewhere and use the grand while at work and home use.

I see you're from Cary, I go up to Chapel Hill a lot. My wife's doctor is up there at the UNC hospital. I love that area city life with a touch of country, and I usually hit up Panera Bread on Walnut Street before I head home. Gotta get those Osiago Cheese Bagels to take home since I don't have a Panera Bread anywhere within an hour from my house in Jacksonville.

Keep Calm :vapor: Vape On

Oh trust me I've been dealing with the long wait times for vape mail for 6 months. It kills me half the time. I'm in Kuwait on deployment and everything takes anywhere from 7-16 days to get to me. If it comes from the west coast it is around the 16 day mark and from the east coast around the 7-10 days. I'm constantly checking tracking information every night.

I think I'm going to just wrap oils and keep them on stand by. Since my work load here on deployment is hit or miss depending on the operations going on, I have nothing to do. So I'll prob be wrapping coils, testing ohm, and vaping away.

At one point I was like 5ml of running out of e-liquid. I was in a complete panic because I didn't want to run out. So I was checking the tracking and the night I ran out of liquid it should the package arrived at my APO. I dang near did a dance when I saw that. lol.

Also I can't wait to get this Grand. I had to order new batteries due to my 3400mah battery I use in my silver bullet is going to be to big. I don't wanna risk damaging my new Grand with them, so I ordered some panasonic CGR18650CH's from amazon. So I will have to wait on them to arrive for me to take advantage of the using the Grand.

Alice: Thank you. It's my pleasure to serve.

Yeah freaking Kuwait. I'd rather be anywhere else then here. lol. It's not bad because it's an Army base the the accommodations here a lot better than a Marine Base, but it's like 120+ every day. The only plus side is the gym and green bean coffee. lol. I should be home sometime between Oct-Nov. YEAH BUDDY.

My wife better have a bottle of Wild Turkey 101 in the freezer waiting for me.

KUWAIT?
Get home soon.

Be safe

Another NC'er here. Congrats duffman! I grew up right outside of Jacksonville. I also just ordered a Grand, black wrinkle and silver vein. I was eying the black wrinkle and copper vein yesterday and then it disappeared! I guess I know who stole it now. Rob was kind enough to put another one up for me, then I changed my mind and went with the silver vein. Call me Mr. Indecisive.

I was having a hard time deciding on the front color myself. I love the black wrinkle so that was a definite, and the cooper vein just shines on that grand. The silver vein is awesome too. So that might be my VV Grand color.

Where outside jacksonville did you grow up? And congrats on your purchase.

Thanks Rob!!!!!

Duff, that is good work bro. You are on the fast track to awesome Vaping. We're here to help. And I too thank you for doing what you do to make sure we are safe bro.

Oh, Jan hinted that it might have been delayed due to a special order. I know I got a VERY special order coming :) I hope it didn't slow yours down chief.

That's one place I have yet to go is West. Been wanting to get out to Charlotte and see the Nascar track, and I also have a buddy out there that goes to the Culinary Arts School. So I have many reasons to get out there, but having a Great Dane and a wife and child it get harder and harder to travel these days.

and from another! I'm farther west near the foothills.

You're going to love the reo/rm2 combo.

Super_X: No special order here, just the normal stuff and a kick ... Brass RM2. Yeah I wish I would have gotten on this forum a little sooner and I could have got a REO first instead of all the other trash. Now I have to decide if I want to sell my new Silver Bullet or keep it for Cartotanks.

I read in your one post about you getting that special order, and I am very excited to see it, LOL, and it's not even mine. I will keep looking to see if you post some pictures of it.

I've actually drove through that town a few times, never stopped it in but I know exactly where that is. I live about ten minutes form there in Richlands (well really Jacksonville, about 5 minutes form the airport). Where the Kinston Indians around when you lived there? They recently moved in the last year, pretty crappy due to the great deals they would have to watch some minor league baseball.

About 25 minutes down the road in a very small town, Beulaville.

Many thanks for your service, Marine! Retired USAF here and spent three years over there in the KSA in the mid '80's. The 120ºF+ heat on the Arabian ;) Gulf Coast is exacerbated by the 100% humidity (as it is in the Red Sea port of Jeddah). You should be blowing some big vape clouds that hang around. Have a safe tour of duty. May your time fly and you be home soon. In the meantime, welcome to REOville, where we're all here in spirit.

HAHA. I figured that would get people thinking a little bit and then when they come in and I was talking about something else, they hopes got demolished. lol. Well sorry for that.

wow, I seen your thread tittle and thought you meant a stainless steel reo will be released in 7 days :)

Thank you for your service also. Yeah this place probably hasn't changed since you were over here. It is still a ..... hole, and I know exactly what you mean about the humidity. When I was doing some training stuff at the Kuwait Naval Base (right next to the gulf) I didn't stop sweating. It felt that I was back in Okinawa again. Thanks for the best wishes, oh and by the way.... WE ARE.....PENN STATE
