my suggestion build your own switch ! or go with an fet switching set up .
just build a couple of magnetic switches . they work so nice and I got them down in size . also they carry a lot of current .
using copper clad board and bullet casings .circuit board will carry 6 amps for a 0.15 trace so you can see that my switches will go much higher. one 10 mm magnet is in the bullet casing and the opposing is is glued on the outside.
I will try to send a pix of my latest one.

Yes, small enough is the problem. 20mm diameter would touch the battery.. To have a fet circuit also close to impossible.

Can you guide to that self returning flat toggle? :)

Go to digi key you can put in the options At The top, I can't on iphone. http://www.digikey.com/product-search/en/switches/rocker-switches/1114204

I was thinking one like this and it's only 11mm round. I'm sure there's one like it with at Least a 10 amp limit if not more http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/TRD11G10WL/450-1154-ND/529656

I connected the batteries in parallel. The only reading that increase is the capacity (mAh).

Your calculation, if I'm not mistaken referring to series connected batteries. :)

Definitely the tact doesn't suit for this kinda wiring. Lesson learned. :)

Nope.

In a series you add the voltage together, in parallel you add the mah and amperage together.

These three batteries in a series would be 11.1v, 2600mah, and 30 amps. In parallel these three batteries would be 3.7v, 7800mah, and 90 amps.

thank you. :) so what i have now is a 5200mah / 60amps powerbank (removed 1 battery to make space for this 3a toggle switch). wired without any mosfet or fuses. straight and full power from those vtc5.

Cool man seems like it should be fairly safe. I take it you don't go over 3 amps with your vaping. Were you able to get an auto return to off switch? So when you let go it returns to off.

im planning to get a 16mm vandal switch later. :) seems like very dangerous with this toggle switch right? lol

with fully charged batteries, and a 0.5ohms coil, it lights up my coil super hot and super fast. because of that, i only start vaping with 80% charged and below.
