Its actually a metal tube in the center of the build deck. It can be pulled out to increase airflow a little bit. It just slides out. The tube does help to prevent juice from getting in the airhole , should any find its way to the deck. A higher VG juice and a 1.2-1.5 ohm coil should produce great vapor.

Hey guys any tips on coiling, wicking for taifun gt for more vapour production?I've came across saying to remove the plastic tubes does that work?I dont want too deep instructions as I don't want to damage anything :)

I wouldn't say that the Taifun is a huge cloud machine but it can produce a good amount of a vapor. First, I second the air tube suggestion below. You can pull it right out, it is the one in the center of the deck and a pair of tweezers should do it. I tried getting a bigger diameter air tube and it didn't do much.

Once you have the air flow sorted, you can try cotton for the wick. I don't use anything else with the Taifun. An easy way to ensure that you will get the benefits of cotton and not get any issues with leaking/gurgling is to cut your cotton a little longer and run it out of the chimney section and then loop the tail back into the same hole but don't cover the coil with the cotton...........................I have done it with a flavor wick like the Protank and it restricts air flow too much. Use a wide bore drip tip will help too in addition to the suggestion of ohm and vg.

GET THE DRIPPER SET UP FOR THE TFGT..........it's pretty amazing and doesn't cost much. It is basically extra pieces.

My vendor already pulled it out for me,means I hve to play with coils then....touchè on the cotton folding...not just it wicks nicely,it also solved my leaking/gurgle issues[emoji41]. gonna grab the drip set soon, but my taifun's a clone[emoji28]

Lower or higher on the open air hole will give slightly different results in my opinion. As long as you fill the gap in the chimney well, you will not have much gurgle. Trying varying thicknesses of cotton for the wick will help you determine how much you need now that you can fold the tails in.

The Dripper conversion should fit your clone but you will want to put the air tube back in and do a dual coil (forgot to mention that part). I have two clones an an authentic and although your results may vary, all of my parts have been inter-changeable.
