I just received my first V4L order yesterday and couldn't be happier! I called just to tell them how satisfied I was and talked to Kristy! I called back 5 minutes later and talked to her again because one of the batteries didn't work and she was soooo nice! I had to call a 3rd time, I was feeling pretty annoying by then, because another batt I ordered just wasn't performing well. She told me it was an older style and would be replaced ASAP! She called me back and I missed her call so I had to call again...lol! Anyway we had a great chat and she answered all of my questions! I think she should be a CSR trainer for all companies! She was soooo nice and helpful and didn't make feel like I was bothering her. Even if I find something 1 or 2 dollars cheaper, I will stick with V4L because of the great customer service I received! People in the customer service business need to definitely take a page out of Kristy's book because she is just awesome! BTW dohsma, she told me to tell you to get on her so she posts more on here! LOL!
P.S. Sorry if it's Christy and not Kristy! hehe

You know I 've been ordering from V4L for months now and never called them... I just might soon just to tell them thanks for everything! Never really had any issues with hardware or messed up orders. Once in awhile I might get a dry carto but,heh, no biggie.
I work retail so I KNOW how important customer service is, actually had a customer shake my hand today cus I found what he needed at another store. Makes the 'not so nice' customers fade away :D
