This survey is nice and all, but all vapers should submit a non-hostile comment (a few sentences is fine) to the Department of Transportation here -- Regulations.gov

Make sure to note that this proposal is outside the bounds of the legislation that permitted the DOT to regulate "smoking," and that the fine of up to $3200 for vaping may violate the 8th Amendment.
