Taking advantage of the "House Advantage"

I decided to take advantage of the Greenhouse One “House Advantage".

Sent back four regular 510 atty's and one 510 LR. Each of which lasted on average 2-7 days.

These items were sent back on Dec 24th 2010 via Canada Post, and the out-of-pocket cost for me was $11.56cad (incl. tax), which almost equals the cost of 5 attys. The items should have reached Guangzhou Shi, China within 2 weeks.

To date, I've received no confirmation from Tim on the progress.

Looking forward to updating this thread, and the consumer advantages of the Greenhouse One "House Advantage".

Do you have a tracking number for the package? That would better help us track your package and update you on the status of the replacements., otherwise we can't really provide an update until the parts arrive.

Have you received them yet? I sent Canada Post Small Packet item, no tracker.

I noticed on a previous thread that you are sending out replacements.

To date, it's been 23dec 2010 since I sent my dead atty's out to you, we are Feb3rd 2011.

With the holidays just over we had a lot of catching up to do this week. I have read your email and the parts will be sent out on this coming monday based on your word as we have no received any packages from you.
