I'm heading on my first business trip with my Reos and flying to Memphis Wednesday for the first leg, then driving. I've flown with my other devices but not my Reos. Any advice on how to prep the Reo with bottles or without? I was thinking of packing the bottles with caps on them and packing in my my luggage that I'll be checking with my juice and batteries and carrying on the Reos and toppers separately. It will be a pain to take all 5 apart but am thinking I may have a mess when I land if I leave hooked up and just pack.

When I fly with my reo's, I put empty bottles and dry wicks in them and put the batteries in plastic cases. I carry two full 60ml bottles of juice in a ziplock with my shampoo, toothpaste, etc. all in my carry on bag. I haven't had any problems with tsa or foreign security. Fill up when you land and vape on!

^^^^^^^^^^^This! Just carry your juice in the juice bottles. I left everything dry on mine and had no problems. Once I got off the phone, filled em up.

No where near you I'm afraid. You live around Houston and I'm making a side trip to Tyler to see my folks and brother and his wife in Gilmer. Haven't seen them in a year.
Tyler, Texas is the rose capital of the US. About 125 miles from me.
Right down the street for a state as big as Texas.:)

No special prep at all for me. Just try to keep them upright or flat. I fly with both of mine all the time. In fact I am in Denver at the airport headed to Austin in a couple of hours. I try not to have the bottle in the Reo totally topped off, but that's about it. I put both in a pocket in my carry on and the juice in them and have never had a problem. Charger, batteries, and extra juice are also in my carry on. It's a good idea to have a piece of paper towel in your bag anyway in case you get off the plane and there has been a little juice that has escaped due to the pressure, but even that is rare in my experience.

I drive 125 miles just to go for a day of shopping at some big stores :)

I'm not from TX but my folks have lived in Houston and Tyler once they retired since 1980. TX and Texans are great!! I know there are some Texans that have some particular thoughts about E TX but I really like that part of the State and the people there. Gilmer is rather interesting though :). You must be or were a cattleman. I ran beefers in WA back in early and mid 80's for father in law before we made a big mistake and bought the dairy next door and expanded, getting rid of the beefers. I would go back to farming in a minute if I won the lottery but don't care if I ever see another dairy cow!!

I lived in E. Texas back in the 80's, in Nacogdoches and then Carriage. Did my time out there in the East Texas oilfield. E. Tex
folks are definitely a different lot, but I liked it out there.

Thanks for all the suggestions! I may keep a couple filled with me. No Reos in checked luggage though. Direct flight but you never know. Nothing worse than losing several bottles of NT so will probably hide them pretty well in checked bag.

I went through security just fine with mine. I had to google how many ounces 50ml was but it's under the 3 ounce rule. Put them in a plastic baggy and you should be just fine.

I took all my stuff in a carry on bag. They're concerned about liquids so all of it, e-liquids, shampoo, etc. got separate baggies in a big clear bag so they can see it (out of carry-on). Batteries were in battery cases in a clear bag with all other electronic stuff...battery charger, cell phone charger, etc. I had no problems at all other than that weird body x-ray. Didn't like that. They had to search the jewels on my skirt on the way there and the back of my right knee on the way back. Ick.
