Taking the jump again in to lower nic.

So... Ive gone from 12--- to 9----to 6

now I am worried,
6 is too strong, a TINY BIT , and 3 is too weak, a lot. but my goal was always to lower the nic levels.

but I managed to get the company that I vape from (Mohawk vapors, Which is an AWESOME company btw, recommend you try it. raspberry and strawberry is phenominal, and the guy ships the same day. I get tracking within an hour (Sorry for the schpeel).)
anyways, I to send me 2 6mg and 2 3mg for each of my 120 mls, since its presteeped.
Anyways, I feel kinda like i dont wanna cause trouble after this order, he usually only offers 3 and 6mg. .... So I am thinking of lowering to 3 (
Has anyone made the switch before and found it exceptionally difficult? I am a little worried about it. I dont wanna order tons of juice and not be satisfied.

You can always mix the 6mg and 3mg together to get 4.5mg. That will make the step down easier.

Really though, it's not that bad to step down to 3mg. I've stepped all the way down from 16mg to 1.5mg, and alternate between 0mg and 1.5mg. It was really easy. Don't worry.

the one thing I can recommed is to buy some nicotine to get your juice to 4mg. That my problem I've gone from 18 mg str down to 4 mg str.
An the only way for me to get my juice to 4 mg is to buy it at 3mg and add nicotine. That or start to DIY your own juice

Well I am going to do the mixing, thats why hes sending it. I am just worried about after that. I am kinda asian, (Living in asia, not actually asian) But The culture of not wanting to cause trouble rubbed off on me, So Although he said he will send it so that I can mix it this time, I dont really wanna cause the trouble of asking for it again, But I dont wanna order 3mg, and then be Jonsing every few seconds. thats what I am worried about.

Edit: You're not causing trouble if you're ordering premade pre-steeped liquid in strengths that he sells and advertises.

I would say that it depends on which you're addicted to, the act of smoking/vaping or nicotine. I was always addicted to the act of smoking so nicotine was never the issue. My dad is similar except his quitting smoking was more difficult as he was a heavier smoker so there was a mixture of physical addiction as well. My dad did step down his nicotine pretty quickly though and is currently vaping 0 nicotine with no issues. It really depends on the person but as the other poster said, you can always mix 3 and 6mg together to create a mg in between the 2.

Ahh! Okay. Yeah, just save your bottles, then order a 120mL of 3mg and a 120mL of 6mg and mix them together in your own bottles. Problem solved.

anyway i was a heavy smoker until a couple of years ago and then i started vaping and after a month i went from 9mg of nic to 0. throat hit obviously was gone and for some time i missed it. i switched to heavy menthol juices and that made the trick for me: i love mint and menthol and also they give you a small throat hit even without nicotine. maybe you could ask a small sample of some 3mg menthol eliquid to the company you're buyin' your liquids from and see what happens.

The company in which I buy from Doesnt have a menthol. Only 6 diferent flavors. Fruits and a coffee-esque one, and a cookie one.

out of the 5 years of vaping i have always gotten the heavy chest feeling. always thought it was pg, than i though it was the vg, but now I KNOW its the nicotine. I CANNOT vape nicotine period. I get the heavy chest feeling after 10-15 vapes off my devices, no matter the device. i have tried everything under the rainbow and still happens. all i vape is 70 %-100% vg with zero nic. ocassionally i will add half a ml of 100mg nic to a 30ml bottle just for a tad nic in my blood, but anything more than that, i get the heavy chest feeling. keep it up! keep going down until your at 0. i do vape on the atlantis 2 at 35-30 watts on a .5 or .3 coil so i get some heat but i dont miss the throat hit that much.

Maybe add some plain vg to it just to bring down the nic. I feel that once you get below 6mg, you should almost be able to quit altogether. The idea was for me to quit smoking, not pick up a new habit. We have banners that say how much we've saved since we quit analogs. How about how much we've spent since we started vaping? My ideal has remained that I would like to save money and not watch it go up in vape.

That's what I've been doing. I started at 18mg first part of the year. Just started on 3mg and I have plain vg/pg ready to go.

I found cutting flavorings altogether helped me a lot. It serves no purpose and I feel better without them.

Don't think about the cutting back to much and you hardly notice it.
