Talk about customer service...

I don't think MFS can be beat! I ordered some liquid yesterday, and this morning MFS called me, on their dime, and told me they were out of the liquid, and what did I want to do? We discussed some different liquids, and I decided to get something I had not tried. Now, how many folks would do this?

I agree. I called today to check on the status of an order placed Sunday. No one answered, so I just hung up. About 5 minutes later, Chris called back (from caller ID), said they were very busy and apologized. How many places return calls that don't leave messages? One, for sure.
