Tammy(Mrs.T) Please Help me with my recent order i just received :(

First of all just to say once again Snickerdoodle Cookies is my all time fav juice and what i vape on a everyday basis . Been through probably 300ml of it in a few months . Im a SD pro . lol . Well today i received my latest order of Snickerdoodle cookies and it is completely different than all my other bottle which are the same . This is scaring the crap out of me because i cant live without snickerdoodle . All my past bottles had the dark red snickerdoodle text printed on the label . This text as im sure you know has ALWAYs matched the color of the juice . I always compare the juice color ( a rich dark red ) to the label which ensures me its the same SD i love . Well now this order it is no where close to the same color . The SD i just received is a light golden yellow with the new label . Iv read of the label change in your other post so im not concerned with that although i loved the colored text and will miss it but the juice is a major concern .

Did you change the recipe ?WHats going on ? I was so sad not to see the beautiful red juice iv come to love . Did i get a bad batch ? Batch number is 6390 . I havent vaped it yet because i didnt want to be let down and im just finishing the last of my old 30ml bottle . Please let me know asap what happened . It smells a little more tartish and not as strong as well . Im actually a bit scared since i dont know what to do if its different . I also noticed that the strawberry shortcake i got is also a different color from the old juice . Its now a light peach color instead of the reddish/pink it used to be . Are you using different ingredients or flavorings now ? Sorry for the rant ,im just really concerned as your juice is my everyday juices and have always been perfectly consistent in the past . Please bring back the colored labels if its not too much trouble as well .

Btw thanks for the hamburger gummy candy . I love those .

One other thing i just wanted to get out there .For anyone reading this thread ,dont think im putting down mrs.T's juices in anyway . She has the greatest juices on planet earth and i am probably her biggest fan . I vape SD every single day ,all day long and SD is by far the best juice by any vendor . Iv tried lots of juices too . If you search almost any thread about mrs.t you will see me praising her . Im just asking for info here since i noticed a change in the color being the SD expert that i am lol .

Edit: Mst.T let me know your thoughts on the situation . I added more to the posts below . Brandon told me if i try this thing called steeping it would turn back to the right color and its a different color because it new . I of course know what steeping is and if you look at the pics you can easily tell theres no way in the world it will ever reach the color i always had right out of the box .

my shortcake is the same color as always...it does get darker as i use it, probably from being opened and closed. taste is as always....awesomeness

Did you get the new bottles with new labels ? Its not a steeping thing . Its not even near the same colors . Iv had plenty of it new and plenty of it steeped and it very slightly changes color after a while of steeping but not close to the issue im talking about . I cant really give them a accurate taste yet since all her juices change a lot in taste after steeping . I just got these in today and they are nowhere near the color of my last 7+ bottles and 3 bottles of SS .You know me ,im a diehard mrs.T addict and recomend her juices to everyone .

I just dont know if its a bad batch,new recipe,nic or flavoring change,food coloring removed,different pg/vg ratio's or what but i know its not the same as always .Same nic strenth as i always get too .

Ill see if i can take some pics . I dont have any old shortcake left but i have a tiny bit of SD left from the old batch .

yep, my bottles are the new label, they came wednesday to me. im sure the mrs will be able to let you know why the color difference...if i was you i wouldnt be able to not taste it,lol.

Heres a old pic i took a month or so ago showing a new unsteeped bottleright out of the package (30ml) vs a (15ml) bottle that has been steeping for over a month (No color change.Every one of the bottle i got in were this color as well as the 5-10 bottles i got from ECF'ers in the classies )

Heres the pics of the new Strawberry shortcake i just got today- I didnt have a old bottle left of SS to compare but i know the new one is much lighter

I did just taste the new snickerdoodle and it does taste like SD but a bit (tarty) and not as strong . Maybe lacking cinnamon .Its a hard taste to explain in general .

It does taste a bit different though expecially the SD . The shortcake usually dont get great until its steeped so that ones a little hard to tell . After steeping the cake and candyish really comes out . The SD i vaped so much of i have like tastes i look for . I think with such a big change she would have made a notice about it . The color change alone makes me feel mentally like im vaping a different juice . You see what im saying with the SD though . Its not even remotely similar in color . Im hoping it is something like food coloring being removed though cuz im stressed lol . Maybe if it is i can request with food coloring only . Would food coloring change the taste at all ? It does taste like SD just a little weaker than usual .

Oh Boy here we go LOL! Well first off I hate doing this in public. We started to take care of this via email (with Brandon) and I wish we could have finished this through email instead of finishing it here. But I will try to answer your questions.

First, I do NOT make batches of juice! Each bottle is created at the time of your order inside the bottle you receive. Usually the night before it is shipped. So there is no Batches just sitting on shelves.

Second, the juices you received from other people would have already steeped before you got them. The color would be way darker like you show in your pictures. The juice that was sent to you from me that you received today was totally fresh and only 3 days old! And from the pictures it looks like they are beginning to steep. They are a light yellow color when I create them. Looks like yours is starting to turn a little pink/red. Now let's not forget about the weather. The weather is way COOLER now and the steeping may take a little longer. Usually while in transit during the hotter days of summer they do seem to steep faster over all. Also let's not forget that you order a 30ml at 18mg which means it will take even more time for steeping.

As you can see this is a picture of your juices before they left my house. I take pictures of each and every order that I create. They are way lighter than your pictures so you can see that the steeping process has already began.



Third, Don't let this steeping thing freak you out. It is just something you may have not noticed in your past orders with me directly! I really think that you need to give it a little time and I promise you will have the snickerdoodle that you are accustomed too!

Fourth. You said "batch" numbers I do NOT have batch numbers. Like Brandon mentioned I have LOT numbers which corresponds with the nicotine not the batch. There is NO batch!!

Fifth, I DO NOT ADD FOOD COLORING TO ANY OF MY JUICES!! If there is a color it is the artificial coloring that is in the flavoring I use to create that flavor.

Finally I had to change the labels for a more efficient process.

Thanks for getting back to me and letting me know for sure that theres nothing wrong or changed .It makes me feel much better coming from you . I got kinda stressed out only because i LOVE your juices so much and have never seen it so light before . Im glad to have assurance that nothing changed .Im sure you can see why i questioned it, On the pic with the two dark sd bottles ,that 30ml bottle was also right out of the package from you and unsteeped as well . Everyone i got in the past from you was the same dark red color that im used to so seeing the lighter color for the first time was unusal .I always thought you actually matched the label color to the juice . I have it steeping now with the cap off at room temp . Usually even with a few months of steeping i never seen a color change in SD . I guess it does its shifting within the first few days . Its awesome that you go as far to take pics of everyorder . It shows even further how much you care what you do . I didnt mean batch sorry ,i meant batch more as in order . I know you mix directly into the bottle you send out .

Sorry to post in out in the open . I just wanted to see if anyone else had the same thing . I even said that you are my fav vendor and the thread wasnt meant to be putting you down so its not that im unhappy . You guys solely got me off analogs with your high quality juices . I already notice the smells starting to get back to the SD smell i love .

Btw the one thing i really do like about the new labeling is now its easier to read what MG it is . I do miss the colored text though .Also just wanted to let you know its the first time iv tried your goeey butter cake and joojoos and both are super good . The joojoos i can tell already is going to be killer after steeping . I let everyone know always to steep your juices and they completely change taste and become amazing . Even when i dont care for a juice at firs after steeping becomes amazingly good . The two 0mg juices are for my bro for Christmas although i had to try them lol. Thanks for the extra one and for shipping it out so fast with the holidays ..

It is really hard to weed out the good and the bad now days. When I looked at your account I only seen the 2 orders from September so I was getting a little confused myself LOL.

Ahh thats because sometimes i use my CC and sometimes i place a order with my mom with her CC since she likes your juices as well . I also got a Birthday present from my uncle with his lol . All that and i make wtb's in the classies for you juices every once in a while and got some in trades as well .

Yes i saw on your site you said gooey butter cake was one of your favs so i had to try it . Got to try the CRC next time . Sounds amazing . Your so lucky you can vape any flavor at any time . I need to come live with you lol .

Sorry to make it sound like i was saying something bad . Was not intending too ,was just looking for info and if it was supposed to be like that . Btw ,although the SD is not dark yet ,it is more orange than yellow now .

Haha nope not angry one bit . Yes i would love to try the snickerdoodle doodles . I have tried the snickerdoodle coffee before and although not as good as the snickerdoodle cookies it was great as well .

I, for one, don't see any resolution to the op's issue with the reply given from the vendor. If shipping time remains relatively the same, give or take a few days, flreshly made juices (as specified by the vendor, and shipped right out) should NOT be so remarkably different in appearance than what is being shown here, IMHO. Between one month ago and now, the temperature change has not been so dramatic as to warrent such a severe difference in how the product looks now compared to then (and all other previous purchases as mentioned by the op), IMHO.

The only explaination that would make sense to me is that the previous purchases by the op were NOT shipped so soon after creation, but rather had been alowed to steep at the vendors kitchen for a while... which in no way is a bad thing. Perhaps a hard run lately on the vendor's stock has caused this quicker pace in the process... I don't know. If it has always been that the vendor's juices have shipped freshly made, then this difference in color just doesn't jive in my mind.

I am not a lurker, and I'm not trying in inflame any resentements between anybody. I'm just a concerned customer who has made a purchase myself, and my liquid is the same bright, light color as concerns the op. I will NOT apologize for this post in any way. All I seek is a better understanding of this occurance.

I will say that the light colored SD I received tastes very good on my first try of it... but I'm left wondering if I'm getting the original recipe... or what's going on???

I've ordered a bunch of SD over the past eight months. Every bottle I've received has been very light (like in the pictures), and every bottle has darkened more each day -- until eventually hitting the darkest color in the pics. It really is just a steeping thing. I've never noticed one bit of difference in the taste between the bottles when they've arrived. The flavor does, however, become a bit more pronounced each day it steeps.

Maybe you are new to our juices Vego, but there IS in fact a great color change that occurs in the juices. I can also 100% assure you that there are no juices steeping in the kitchen for awhile, and that the juices are freshly made the night before they go into a box to be shipped. The only exceptions to this would be if we have an order from someone who supplied an incorrect address or something similar. The juices may have to wait a day or two until the issue is resolved. I'm sorry that the color change doesn't jive in your mind, but perhaps after a little more experience with our juices you will learn exactly how they work. Some of them do not change, or change much, particularly the clear ones. Some of the darker ones, which are actually MUCH lighter when Ms T mixes them, turn quite a bit darker than one would expect. Give the Orange Dreamsicle a try if you still don't believe me. The color change isn't fully based on temperature. There are other factors like contact with light an air that accelerate the process as well. Please trust me, Ms T has been making these juices for over two years now, which is a long time in this industry, and literally thousands of people have witnessed the color changes that our juices undergo. I think you will understand better once your see how your own bottles from us change.

I gotta say iv been letting it steep with the cap off for a few days now and it did get a hair darker (slightly more orangish yellow) but not a big change and no where near the deep blood red that i usually get out of the box . It does get darker as it steeps but i doubt it will get that dark imho . I have been through lots of SD now and all dark before to be honest BUT im not worried one bit nor care about the issue because IT TASTES LIKE THE AMAZING SNICKERDOODLE I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED . Do i think theres some strange issue with the color of this one ,eh a little but i really dont care as from taste alone and thats the important part, IT IS THE SAME RECIPE WITHOUT A DOUBT . The color issue may just be something little like the bottle of flavoring that was used was a little lighter in color variation or nic is even fresher ,something small in where it would lighten the color a bit but not effect the taste at all .Whatever it is ,its so small of a issue since it doesnt effect the taste ,Vapor or TH . Dont worry Tammy I love it as usual and what does color matter when i cant see through my boge cartos anyway . My final verdict is ITS YUMMY and im vaping it up just like i always do .

All i gotta say it keep up the great work MsT and very sorry for even bringing up such a minor issue . It was more just being scared from not knowing it was the same at first without even vaping it but now i know all it good .
