Im thinking of getting the istick 20w and im wonder what tank everyone would recommend. I'm not really familiar with any of this and have only been vaping for a few months. I'm currently using a kangertech EVOD and just feel like I'm wanting a bit more so figure I will try the istick. Open to any suggestions. Thanks

The istick is a great chose for your mod, but I would suggest getting the istick 30W instead. Even though you probably won't need the extra wattage starting out, it's a big improvement otherwise over the 20W so now it'll last longer. Worth the few extra bucks.

For a tank, that's a bit more complicated. The easy cheap and reliable answer is a Eleaf GS Air M. I've gotten a few friends setup with this combo when starting out and they are happy with it. You'll also find a pretty avid group of people on here that swear by it.

It's a great inexpensive way to get your feet wet before trying other tanks that are a bit more complicated or costly.

+1. It's even hard to find the 30Watt now. OP- 20watt had some performance drawbacks that have been fixed on the 30W. About the same price also.

I found the 30w and think I might try it. Still researching tanks. I can't find any eleaf tanks from the site I use. I basically want something with a great battery. Easy to use. Great vapour production and taste. I just decided on the istick because it has great reviews but again, open to all suggestions.
    Thanks again!

If you do end up getting the 20W, it'd be best using the thread adapter bcause the threads can strip easily. Also, it determines the voltage output differently than most mods and you'd want to turn the voltage waaaay down to start.
    Have fun!!

I agree, the 30w iStick is only about 5 dollars more and you will have more options in the future to upgrade tanks, youcould even get a subtank mini or atlantis 2 (0.5 Ohm coils for both recommend 25-30w I believe off the top o' me head) later on.

Also the Nautilus mini is an amazing mouth to lung tank and only needs around 10-12watts on the 1.6 Ohm coils. I definitely recommend this tank it will be the best above Ohm tank you can buy.

    Good luck!

Nautilus mini are good but not in the same league as the Kabuki tank even though they use the same coils, not cheap but a wonderful tank.

Personally though, I'd get a Coolfire 4 and a Subtank mini with either 1.2ohm coils or 1.5ohm if your used to mouth to lung, direct lung inhlaes, get the 0.5ohm.. Great setup, I can post a pic of mine if needed :thumb:

So if I wanted to vape at the highest setting or even anything over 20 what coils would I need? I couldn't get a more pricey tank this time so I had to get the aspire Vivi Nova mini. Its really not great but I have to make it work for now. The coil it came with is a 1.8 ohm and it also says 3-5v. So is that the range I can go with that coil? 3-5v?
