Tank flooding and leaking when getting low on juice?

I haven't been vaping very long and still on my 1st carto/tank from Volcano. I have refilled the tank plenty of times and today was the 1st time this has happened. The juice got to about 20% and it started flooding a lot. I took off the tank and blew out the juice from both sides to clear the flood. Put it back on and took maybe 1-2 ok hits and it flooded again.

Did this happen because it was low on juice? Is the carto bad?

Any 411 would be great.

I have the same issue w/ my ego-c... the problem is after a lot of researches is when the tank going to end the Air pressure change and cause this problem.
No solution for those tanks and Cartomizer (THEY ARE LOW QUALITY)- the solution is to get I good Cartomizer and to replace the faulty one.

I've order mega dual coil Cartomizer cause according to reviews it's not leaking and taste better - will report in few days when I got and try it.

Thanks for the info. The carto in question is the one the Volcano tank came with. All of the new cartos I purchased are Boge. From what I have read, Boge makes some of the better ones on the market.

Today in the mail I also just received my 3ml J-tank. Trying this badboy out with the Boge SR 3.0.

I think you'll find out the J-tank works better.

It's the negative pressure buildup in the tank. That's why I liked using mom and pop sub tank- the side screw makes it very easy to equalize the pressure in the tank. This pressure issue can cause both flooding and/ or dry hits. See 1/2 down on link/ page below for explanation
