Ok so I have been looking for a tank that you do not have to push the carto through the hole and then to fill it push it back out of the hole. I have found that I like the ARRY tank with the ease of fill and changing the carto out.

The idea I came up with is instead of pushing the carto into the hole to have a 510/510 extension or a 510 adapter placed in the whole permanently so that you can screw/unscrew the carto and then have the top cap screw onto the tank for easy filling.

Has anyone seen or done something like this yet?

Is adding juice and changing carts really that hard taht we need to add more bells and whistles to a very functional , simple design.

THREADS = a weak point that can wear out and fail over time... + it adds cost.

O-rings = cheap and easily replaceable... does not add to production cost.

How hard is it to just slide a tank over a cart?

I drill fill holes in all of my tanks now. I love the look and everything about it! I haven't had any problems with flooding since I started filling by the fill hole and when I have a tank that isn't wicking well, all I have to do is take the screw out and let some air in. I posted a thread listing the perfect drill, tap and screws and where to get them all for under $10 shipped.
