Tank mod and drip

Just curious. If you are going to get a tank mod that holds anywhere from 2 to 5 ml WHY would you want to drip? Been reading and watching reviews on them all of which they are utilizing a drip tip. Doesn't this defeat the purpose of the device as a whole? I am currently using a stock ce2.

It's not for dripping. It's just a mouthpiece, imagine sucking on those tanks with nowhere comfortable to put your lips.

Funny part is, I have drip tips on everything, and the only atty that I drip through the tip is a 306. Anything else I take the tip off to drip.

I say both...usually it just give direct access to the atty/cartomizer to drip..on the atty..u can drip thru the hole or on the cartomizer u can drip it on the polyfill..for me..usually with 510 drip tips..the hole of the drip tips are smaller so I just remove the drip tip and drip my e liquid..on the 306..u need a drip tip on it..so have to drip on the hole..drip tips on tanks..well u kinda need it..kinda uncomfortable to be sticking a wide tube in ur mouth...(oh boy..that didnt sound right at all)
