Tank Stuck on mod

Hey, I have Smok Alien 220w with Sense Blazer Mini tank, after a month or so of using it stopped working it just says No Coil even when the tank and the coil are attached...
I didn't solve this problem but when I tried and checked on the forum someone said that maybe I need to tighten the tank to the mod a little bit harder...
I did that, and it did not help but caused a bigger problem - I guess I broke it somehow and now (it's hard to explain with my bad english but-) it stuck on the mod but not like it's not moving but it's just moving "on empty" I can move it to both sides but it won't release from the mod and not get more tight... I hope you understand what I mean...
anyway I understand that I can't solve the No coil problem but now even if I buy new tank to solve it I can't replace it cause the old one is stuck on the mod..
Do you maybe know of a way to release it?

Sounds like the 510 in the Alien broke free from the casing. Imho

Probably the 510 on the mod has broken and is spinning freely.
I don't think there's anyway to fix this without opening the mod. Which you might be better off getting done at a store or a service center.
This is not the first time something like this has been reported on the smok alien. There might be an issue with the alien build itself.
If it's under warranty you might be able to get replaced.

I ordered it online from FastTech so there is no way to take it to their store or something and the vapes in general are not common in my country so I don't know of any store that can view it...
thats sucks so basically there is nothing I can do?
and only after one month.. 100$ to the garbage and went back to smoking after not smoking one cig for more than a month

Do you have a rubber band, some dental floss or even string to work down in-between the tank and the mod? If you get something down between them you might be able to lift the tank up enough to get a grip underneath.

I've seen this as an issue with this mod and tanks. A comment I saw posted was this:

I got mine off my taking the coil out just leaving the bottom part, then using pliers i lifted the airflow part up and jammed a knife under the rest. I then lifted the airflow section with the knfe whilst unscrewing it with the pliers, after a few turns it came off and there was no damage to either 510 thread connectors. Note: i have a tfv8 on my alien mod, i dont know if this will work with all types off tank, but this is how i got mine off.

Do you know maybe if the problem is with the mod or the tank?
I mean if I will succeced to release it and will put another tank it will be fine or the mod itself is broken?
And you know maybe if I will change the tank - the no coil problem will dissappear? or is it a problem with the mod itself?

The problem is with the 510 connector on the mod.
But you might be able to fix it by using super glue or something. But that might lead to the 510 connector not being able to make a proper connection with the battery if you use too much glue or even the tank not being able to rest properly on the 510 of the mod and make a connection.
Are there no vaping stores around? If there are then maybe they'll agree on replacing it or fixing it.

I think you need to get the tank and mod apart to assess the problem.

I had the same issue with my RX300. What I did was pull on the tank as I was lifting it off the mod. Don't pull too hard in case the 510 is attached to the tank (which it probably is). Lift the tank off and the 510 will come off with the tank and you will have a wire attached to the 510. After you have it off you can use a pair of pliers and grab the 510 and unscrew the tank. Then take some epoxy or super glue to glue the 510 back in the mod. Let it set for 24 hours if it's epoxy or 10-15 min with super glue (expose will be better because super glue is fragile after it dries). That "should" fix your problem (hopefully). Wish you the best and be sure to post what you did to fix it if/when you get it fixed.

That Aint Good.

I can see that the Airflow Control Ring at the Bottom of the tank is turning freely. When you look in the Air Slots, is everything Inside turning also?

If not, can you get a Blue Screwdriver, or something else, inside the Air Slots to turn the Tank Base?

If Everything on you tank is Turning, it looking like the 510 Connector on the Mod is Wacked.
