Valley View Vapes sells a 4ml and 7ml pyrex tank called the Sidewinder for $26 & $28, respectively. The tubes have a juice fill hole drilled and use a silicone plug. I highly recommend getting the aluminum endcaps ($10, available in silver or black) for easy cartomizer replacement. The default silicone grommets fit extremely tightly and can be a PITA to remove and replace.
Pyrex Tanks
Hoosier Vapes sells cartotanks with acrylic and stainless steel endcaps. The top cap twists off of the tube for easy juice filling. The acrylic tanks are hand made and each is unique unto itself. The Bella's use a 35mm standard carto and the Elegance's use a 45mm XL carto. $50 for the acrylic and $60 for the stainless steel. Quartz glass tubes are available as an accessory for $11.
