I cannot get them to wick too well.. should I add VG to my juice?? I waited about 10 minutes and made sure it all soaked up into the wick AND I primed it putting juice on the coil .. Is there any thing else I should do? They look well made .. I just can not get them to wick

I've had the same problem with those tanks.I even went ahead and bought an extra punched carto thinking that would help but it didn't.In my opinion I think the hole is too small.

Mine has worked well for about a month. It's all clogged up now. I ordered some pre-punched from Crystal Clear Vaping. We'll see how that goes. These things have a very small hole.

And no; adding VG will just make it worse.

I want in on the conversation......

I like the consistency of these tanks, but it feels like only the bottom coil is getting enough juice, kind of a weak hit for 1.5 ohm DC (compared to DC's out of a tank).

Can the hole just be widened with a awl/punch?

I've had success with the tank replacement cartos. I use ~75VG/3PGA/22PG. It's not VERY thick with the high PGA. I found that it's neccessary to pull hard on the carto, sometimes, to get the bubbles to exit into the tank for wicking. I've literally pulled a dozen times without firing until bubbles stop escaping. Generally, I haven't had to perform this ritual much, tho. It's worth a try.

Yup, pulling on the mouth piece a few times without firing does seem to help.

All of the tank cartos that I've gotten from MadVapes have needed much larger holes to work for me. I just cut slits in them with a dremel and they work perfectly now.

Face the hole in the side (the microscopic hole) towards the ground, and drag very hard and fast without activating. Quickly hold it up in front of you and you'll see bubbles coming from the hole. I do it 4-5 times whenever the tank starts to get weak, and it's good for a few more hours. Works every time.

Just throwing in my 29 cents. I too take priming puffs with this tank. My juice is 80pg/20vg. I stand in front of a mirror and watch the bubbles. Lol. Works for me. I did wonder if the juice would wick better if the hole was a tad bigger. I have not tried this. I would hate to mess up and have a leaker. I do love this tank and the St cartos because...the price is good, It doesnt leak, and Ive been using the same carto for two weeks without burning it which for me is a miracle.
