Tanks and drips

Hi, I am confused about tanks - are they cartomizers or something else.
I am new (2 weeks vaping) with standard eGo starter kit and tired of filling little cartridges and the little stuffing looking like its wearing out a little.
I would like bigger capacity without so much filling...recharging batts is almost enough as it is.
I get the impression that a tank is larger capacity, so I am curious.

Also I got the impression somewhere that a drip is for bigger vapor hit? But somewhere I thought I read that a drip would somehow be used with a tank?

i need some instruction or enlightenment about all this, please?

Inside the tank is a carto. Cartos alone usually hold more liquid then cartridges. The tank on the outside makes it hold even more.

Dripping is usually done straight onto an atty. (with a drip tip on top)

the same Drip tips are also used on the Carto-Tanks(as described by stephpd)... which makes for confusion for newbies...

Also... don't confuse, eGo-T tanks and a carto-tank...

VERY different animals.

I and others, have been happy with the eGo-T tank... but many are not.
For me it works as intended, fill er up in the morning... vape all day.

You can also put a drip tip onto a carto and use it as a mouth piece. When using a carto tank, the drip tip is the part that sticks out the top and you suck on.

Their are also eGo tanks, but frankly they suck and can be very finicky/leak. If you get a tank, get a carto tank.

Even if the eGo tanks don't leak, they dull flavor and TH. Carto tanks are a LOT better

I just got an Ego-T...but Im also getting the 510 LR Boge cartomizers as well with a drip tip...they work with the same EgoT batteries.

That way I get the best of both worlds...I can use a tank or really good carts.

I havent figured out the directly dripping onto the atty thing...but I guess I can do that too.
