Pick up a VV-VW mod... MVP2 would work well for your 1.6 and 1.8 ohm coils. Mech mods do not work well with higher resistance coils. Adding a kick would help, but then you would be sacrificing battery life (by using smaller batteries) just to use your mech mod on an atty that isn't really designed to work on mechs.
i have an mvp2 energy series and they work on it yes but i use the mvp at home and my smok turbo on the road so i guess until a smaller coil comes out then i have to stay like it is although i put a smaller 1.5 in my mega but have to adjust the pin or use a 510 adapter
If you aren't using the BVC coils in the Nautilus, you could rebuild the coils to a lower resistance... 0.8 to 1.0 ohms.. that would work a little better on the mech...

You might want to try the Innokin VV3 for travel. Has the same features the MVP2 has but will need to be charged more often. I take it with me when I'm out as it's easy to carry around.

BTW, you're drawing a whopping 2.33 amps with that, why do you think you need a 30 amp battery?

how or is there a post for building a bvc I actually want to get into dripping anyways the shop in town only sell sony except one I just bought a Lg the other day and they sell one purple efest not sure what kind ill look next time I go in but dripping is mostly why I got high drains and the life span I pretty much vape all day
Reason I asked about the batteries is because there are lots of 10-20 amp high drain IMR/Hybrid batteries.

And for the OP's current application (requiring less than 10A), the SONY's are overkill.
I wouldn't fault him for that... I have a very strong affinity for an overabundance of overkill... 
I saw a link but I didn't put it in my favorites on how to spot a fake wonder if its right or wrong but I bought mine from a local shop and before I even bought from them when I first started vaping I was in there a few time asking questions and what not so yeah they like selling stuff but they will help u out if they can
