Tanks!

Hi all! I've been vaping for a little while now, I started with an ego-t and it was good for awhile but i found it didn't produce the amount of vapour i was looking for. I bought some boge carto's from the advice of PBusardo and i love them. I also bought a lavatube because i was intrigued with VV vaping and i can say that i am satisfied with my purchases and the advice that phil gave me. Now instead of pestering phil endlessly im turning to you guys that make up this wonderful community of vapers. So im using 510 lr and sr boge carto's and id ike to get some tanks for them. i would prefer glass because you can see the level of the juice but if you have some other options i'd love to hear them.

My fav glass tanks are from High Desert Ecigs I have a real collection of them now! LOL They work great and are so gorgeous, something for everyone. I agree glass is the best. bnrk

Thanks guys! i was really leaning towards glass because i've read about the plastic tanks cracking just from juice.

Never used a glass tank yet, but I definitely like my J-Tank.

Cracking has to do with the material and what juice you use. It's the same kind of reason why you can't put alcohol in some plastics (though a different reaction). I'm told that cinnamon juices and some acidic fruit juices can do it. Never tried, though.

The Cartomator from vaperfexion is likely going to be my next tank purchase…or a johnboy lava tank if I can snag one. And their clear tanks are made out of polypropylene, which is less reactive than polycarbonate, which is what a lot of tanks are made out of.

But, honestly, I haven't had a problem with my Smoktech DCT tank (using xl single coil cartos). There's at least one vendor selling shorter ones that are sized to fit normal boges (kalamazoo vapor shop, i believe). If you've never used a tank…might be worth looking at one to see if you like it. I had a bit of a flooding problem with mine a little while ago (flooding the cartomizer, not leaking out of the tank) but it seems like it was just a carto that had died…changed it and it hasn't happened since. And it was like $6 without any bundled cartos.

If you want a lower priced rock solid Pyrex tank try valleyvapes.com they make great products. There's a slight learning curve to filling them but they have a guide on their site to help you. N

Finally got some tanks! I went with the siam mods pyrex ( Blue and ice with steel caps) from Clouds of vapor, so far they're great....definitely love that i don't have to fill my carto constantly
