As reported under "Comments sought on tobacco regulation", already the forces are being marshalled to push FDA to place inaccurate, misleading, and harmful labeling on smokeless tobacco products. The ALA wants labels to read "smokeless tobacco is not safer than smoking."
E-cigarettes are being tarred with the same brush. We need to bring more public attention to the fact that there are less harmful ways than smoking of obtaining nicotine.
