thank you guys i am going to try using the e cigarette to quit smoking and im a heavy smoker and i want to lower the nic level down slowly untill i get to 0mg but keep the same taste. i really enjoy smoking but its going to kill me. so figure i could get my self down to 0 mg and continue enjoying smoking with out the nic or tar. cause i love drawing in smoking and the taste and the oral fixation

For me it was the th from higher nic that got me over wanting a anolog! When I got my first e-juice at 36mg I Haven't looked back, it's only been 5 wks and I'm now down to 18mg. I will use 24mg if really craving a super th. My sister has now switched to e-cigs, she said if I would could do it and I had no intention of quitting, just to get me through meetings etc... She could do it too. Good luck!

@icecolled~ You may find you don't like the taste of a particular flavor form one vendor, but do from another, so sample many vendors and flavors to find what you like(and don't be afraid to venture beyond tobacco flavors. You may be pleasantly surprised)

@Uponone~ Nicotine levels will vary form person to person. I suggest small samples in the middle and go from there, if you feel the need for more or less. I personally mix my juice at 30mg, but I know others that would get very sick from that level nicotine. ;)

The taste of my e-juice hasn't changed from 20mg to 18mg to 12 mg to 10 mg to 8 mg to 6 mg. because of the mg level. The pg to vg ratio has made some difference when using the same flavored juice between 100vg (a bit lighter taste) and a 50/50 pg/vg mix (a bit stronger taste) which I most often use now at the lower levels of mg.

b- rad thanks bro i plan to try different flavors of tabacco from different vendors. as far as flvors beyond tabbacco i will but im trying to quit smoking first.

sly fox i bought 24mg marlboro mix. if i dont like it i will try the suggestion you said

grand motto you mention ratios do you by it from the vendors mixed like that or do you mix it. if you do mix it what do you use to do this. ie tools cups measuring devices. etc

thanks to everyone who have giving their input so far. it has really been helpful.

I agree with the "slight peppery" comment, though in my experience it's barely there. I have to look for it when vaping. The flavoring in every juice (and I prefer mild flavored juices) has overpowered that flavor. Also, it's not unpleasant, just "there".

I disagree with the throat hit comment. In my experience, the mix of the vape fluid has always impacted it far, far, far more than nic level. 36/mg @ 80% PG and 20% VG feels the same to me (in terms of TH) as 12/mg @ 80/20. 36/mg @ 80/20 has FAR more TH than 36/mg @ 60/40. So while nic MIGHT affect throat hit, the effect is SO tiny in my experience that I wouldn't even worry about it. Air temps have affected my vapes more than the nic content.
