taste buds and sense of smell

hello, i was wondering has anyone noticed how long it took to get your sense of smell and taste back after quitting analogs, cause i notice my vaping leaves that rough feeling on my tongue. thanks

I think it varies for everyone...(I never really lost mine- but sometimes I wish I would lol)

Make sure, if you get that "rough" feeling, that you are drinking plenty of fluids. Sometimes high PG juices used to have that effect on me as well- I rarely have it with all/high VG juice.

Water, water, and more water. PG can and will dry you out.

I noticed it about a week.Oh...and I started brushing EVERY day!!! J/K

I noticed my smell improved in the first couple weeks taste I noticed more around a month. As the taste kicked in I started to not like the ciggie flavor juices as much only a select few I can vape now, leaning more to the sweet flavors.
